Return and Exchange
The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.forever21.com/in.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the Shipped Date.
- All store purchases may only be returned to Forever 21 Stores within the country of original purchase. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information.
- Please note that items purchased at Forever21.in cannot be returned in a Forever21 Store for exchange or refund.
- As of now we do not offer exchanges. Any merchandise that is returned to our distribution center is inspected by our warehouse team and refunded accordingly with our return policy.
- Return shipping is non-refundable.
- Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Lingerie, Jewelry, Hair goods, Sports bra, Body suit, Swimwear, Undergarments Including Socks cannot be returned.
- Items marked as Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
- Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date. Please log into your account to create a return or contact our Customer Support Team over email - firstname.lastname@example.org or call us (10 AM - 7:00 PM) - 080-46485177 to initiate a Return.
- To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code listed while initiating return. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached
HOW TO RETURN
- Log into your account.
- Go to My orders
- Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.
- Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
- Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
- You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
- Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
- The return pickup may take 24 hours to 10 days from the date of applying for return, depending on the pincode of pickup location. Your patience is much appreciated.
- A maximum amount of Rs.200 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of Forever21 Credits.
We will initiate and process the refund for your correct and unused return of product(s) within 30 days of receiving the product at our warehouse/dispatch source location.
- Forever21 Credits refunds are typically faster and can be used to purchase again from Forever21.in. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders refund will be credited as equivalent Forever21 Credits to your Forever Credits account only.
- For orders placed using Forever21 Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Forever21 Credits account only.
- Any Forever21 Credits / cashback vouchers applied will be activated again.
- Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order
- Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged

Terms and Conditions for Returns
Forever21.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
- Refund/Forever 21 credits will be issued only after receiving the product in-order at our warehouse/source dispatch location, and found to be the same product originally dispatched, duly ascertained by our quality-check process related to the tag, barcode and product. Any discrepency found in the returned product with respect to tag, barcode and product mismatch, which validates the return of a wrong product, will not be eligible for return and refund. The same condition of non-eligibility of return & refund will apply, if the product is found in damaged/used condition as against your declartion of the product being unused.
- We appreciate your cooperation here to validate all the facts as per our due diligence process to address the dispute. The refund timelines indicated in our policy will not be applicable in such case and the refund (if any) will be subject to full and final settlement of the dispute.
- Please allow us 7 days from the date of receiving the complaint, to update you the status if your return items has not been picked up by our logistics partners within 10 days of your applying for return, or the returned product(s) has not been received at our warehouse/source of dispatch within 10 days of pickup of product by our logistics partners.
After having initiated the refund, if the credit into your payment bank/source fails due to any reason, we shall re-initiate the refund. In such case, please allow us a minimum of 14 days to carry out the due diligence with the payment banks. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
